Buckets & owners

Buckets

A bucket is a named set of owners. Every routing rule targets exactly one bucket. An owner can be in multiple buckets (e.g. in "Inbound SDR" and "Enterprise ABM").

Owner knobs

• Weight — relative likelihood in weighted routing. 1 is baseline; 2 means twice as likely; 0 effectively pauses.
• Cap per day— hard ceiling. At cap they're skipped until tomorrow.
• Skills — free-form tags. Referenced by skill-method rules.
• Availability — online, ooo, or offline. Only online is eligible.
• OOO until — auto-flips availability back to online after this date.
• Role / Region — workspace-side tags for filtering in skill rules.

Every knob is editable from the Users page — click the cell, type, blur. Changes log to the audit trail.
