HubSpot workflow action

In addition to automatic webhook-driven routing, you can trigger RotatorTOTS from any HubSpot workflow via our custom RotatorTOTS: Route now action.

Setup

• Install the RotatorTOTS app into your HubSpot portal.
• Open any Contact-based workflow → add action → select RotatorTOTS: Route now.
• Optional: pick a specific rule to run. Default is the full priority chain.

Outputs

The action exposes three output fields you can use in downstream branches:

• assignedOwnerEmail— the picked rep's email (blank if no eligible owner).
• ruleName — the rule that matched.
• reason — ok, no_eligible_owner, plan_limit, etc.

Test run

In the Rule builder, use Test run with a sample HubSpot record id to preview which owner would be picked without writing anything.
