Install RotatorTOTS
RotatorTOTS is a lead-routing layer that sits on top of your HubSpot portal. It takes every new contact, deal, or lead, picks the right rep using your rules, and records who got it plus whether they accepted in time.
1. Create an account
Visit rotator.solvely.net/sign-up and sign up with email or Google. You'll land on the dashboard with a 3-step onboarding card.
2. Connect HubSpot
Click Connect HubSpoton the Integrations page. You'll be sent to HubSpot's consent screen — approve the scopes (contacts, deals, owners, workflows). We redirect you back and immediately pull your owner list.
HubSpot access tokens live 6 hours. We refresh them automatically every 30 minutes; you'll never have to reconnect unless you revoke us in HubSpot.
3. Make your first bucket + rule
A bucket is a group of owners who can receive a kind of lead. A rule is the condition + method that picks which bucket handles a given record. The simplest setup:
- Create a bucket named "Inbound SDR" with 2-3 reps.
- Create a rule: If object is contact thenroute to "Inbound SDR" using weighted.
Create a test contact in HubSpot — within seconds the contact's owner flips to one of your reps and the Queue page shows the row.
